At this time, McCluskey and Associates ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, McCluskey and Associates ships merchandise to all military address (APO, FPO), but not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
To track your package, check your email box for the tracking number or email and request a tracking number if you did not receive one. You can track your merchandise at usps.com.
Most items are shipped First Class Mail. All orders $50 and up will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Simply report it to your Mail Deliverer and request a claim number. McCluskey and Associates must be notified within 5 days of receipt of shipment of any damaged items. Please note: Once the claim is settled, we will issue you a refund or reship the merchandise. Damaged orders require a 4 to 6 week process period.
All purchases returned within 15 days of receipt of item will be eligible for a full refund minus the shipping costs. Any item returned after 15 days, will be subject to a store credit.
